I have had to have this document
forwarded to you by the inferior congressional court known as the
Supreme Court of the United States as I can not find your correct
address. I have enclosed a self-addressed stamped envelope with a
paper inside on which you may write the correct name and postal
address of the one supreme Court in which the judicial power of the
United States shall be vested created by Article III of the
Constitution.
A copy of the rules of this court, if
such exists, would be greatly appreciated too.
