Forced into these proceedings stands Malinda Nicole DiRosa, a Sovereign, shanghaied at birth by the foreign government before which she stands.

One must recognize the situation for what it is. This inquisition will run its course, the laws of man and God be damned. All hope of finding honor is this building is lost. But, what can one expect from people who would collaborate in the continued enslavement of their own family and neighbors?

The judge, who refuses to even inform this victim in which jurisdiction she will be standing or any other details of the charges, knows that he will follow any rules he can think of to apply whitewash to naked tyranny.

The judge will pretend that he has the right to pummel this victim. After all, they did conquer us fair and square and they will continue to pummel us until someone finds the right combination of jots and tittles that will allow them to complain. He will pretend that until the right combination of jots and tittles turns over the rock under which the last vestige of a legal court of a once great people hides, he has the right by law to pummel his neighbors and family. They must have wanted to be subject to my jurisdiction. No body complained, , , correctly.

It is well known to this inquisition that this victim does not speak legalese. Where you spent your time learning legalese, she learned the dialect of the English language particular to the medical profession. My interpretor has shown me, as best he can considering that we are held prisoner in different districts, that whereas the words sound like colloquial English, they have a different or forked meaning from colloquial English. The American Indians identified it correctly as "forked tongue." But, we won't beleaguer the "Do you understand the English Language" ploy here.

There is also no doubt that this victim does not recognize the jurisdiction of her captors. There is no jurisdiction to recognize. Whereas it can not be denied that they have the power to pummel this victim, we all know that they do not have the right.

Considering the forgoing this victim must stand mute before this inquisition.

There can be no doubt that this victim does not know the language or when the rules are being intentionally violated. She has spent her time learning to help people heal and hence the need for her interpretor, next friend, paternal parent, and trusted adviser to assist her in her own defense.

It has been her experience in these inquisitions that not only is the gun barrel of government cocked and pointed at her head, but the judge will scream and threaten her with jail while he speaks in a foreign tongue that she does not fully understand. We do hereby notice the court that this document is intended to portray her position. Any pretend jurisdictional tricks and statements the judge may beat out of here during this public rape of her dignity are solely the product of the fear, intimidation, and public humiliation at being brought before this inquisition as something less than a human being, a subject of their jurisdiction.

Since it is apparent that this inquisition pretending to be an arraignment will continue. This Victim stands mute.

Since no law of man or God is being followed in this inquisition, it is possible that the grand inquisitor will skip steps or pretend that some law of man or God is being followed.

Be it known here and now. No matter what the judge does rule on any point I demand a stay of execution pending appeal for, among other things, proceeding absent jurisdiction and demand that a reasonable return date be set. This is to include the execution of the setting of a trial date.

There can be no doubt that this court is rushing to judgment before my interpretor and I can find the right collections of jots and tittles necessary to overturn the rock that the one supreme Court seems to be hiding under. There is little doubt that we have found the building of their office, the only question that remains is are they hiding in the basement or buried there.

Considering the foregoing. This Victim stands mute.

It must be always kept in mind that at any point in these proceedings the judge, in this matter, could always say the 7 magic words. These cases are dismissed with prejudice certain.

This Victim does also offer proof, to be entered into the record as exhibit I-1, of their quest to find the only Court that can save us from this foreign government, the one supreme Court in which the Judicial power of the United States shall be vested. The exhibits have been left off as this court system is not a party. However, this information is important to my defense and my appeal as it shows, by contradistinction, the court system of competent jurisdiction. All that remains now is to pray that the Government of my fellow Sovereigns and sworn allies comes to my aid before this foreign government again tries to rehabilitate me from a human being endow by the Creator with unalienable rights into a compliant subject, subject to the jurisdiction of my conqueror and his foreign state. Maybe we will fare better than Dred Scott.

DiRosa. I do hereby also reject any other translator especially one of the subjects of the foreign government and sworn associates of the Louisiana Bar Association.
